3. Conduct on the Gaming Floor

Guests of the casino hotel are expected to follow posted table rules, dealer instructions, and applicable gaming regulations. Winmoor Casino Hotel may suspend gaming privileges, table credit, or property access for conduct that breaches house rules or the law.

4. Responsible Gaming

Winmoor Casino Hotel supports responsible play. Guests may set voluntary limits on table credit or request self-exclusion from the gaming floor through guest relations at any time during a stay at the casino hotel.

5. Loyalty Circle Terms

Loyalty Circle credit, tier status, and offers apply only within the casino hotel and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Winmoor Casino Hotel may adjust the program's terms with notice posted on winmoor.site.

6. Property Rules

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the casino hotel.
• Outside food and beverage are not permitted on the gaming floor.
• Winmoor Casino Hotel is not liable for personal items left unattended on the property.
